Instructions for preparation::      

1) Boil 8 rice bowls (2 Litres) of water on high heat. 

2) Wash and add herbs and meat if you wish.    

3) Cook on low heat for 1.5 - 2 hours.   

4) Add 1 teaspoon of salt or add according to your personal preference.
